Your photograph can be turned into a work of
art - preserving the beauty of your home.
These sizes are approximate. The dimensions of a Portrait depend on
the type and shape of the house. If you need the Portrait to be a particular
size, (either paper or drawn image) please specify on the Order Form-
"Special Instructions".
Completed (unframed) portrait is mailed to you in 4-6 weeks.
Christmas orders must be placed by Sept. 30th in order to ensure delivery (as I
am often busy at that time of year).   If you would like a commission in time for a
special occasion such as a birthday please let me know and I will do my best to
meet the deadline for you.

I will e-mail you a report of how the drawing is progressing, as well as ask any
questions I may have to complete your House Portrait. (e.g.- landscape, details
on house, etc.)

Custom matting and/or framing (with quality, acid-free materials) is also available
at an additional charge. Quotes are given at customer's request.

How to commission a House Portrait

Portraits are rendered from your photograph. It must be a good quality, clear
photo in order to show detail and accurate coloring, etc. You are encouraged
to send more than one photo. Remember to indicate which angle you would
like to see portrayed. Also, it is helpful to send a few close-up photos showing
any intricate features on, or near the house (e.g.- lights, door-hangings,
sidewalks, small plants, etc.)

Photos will be returned to you with completed artwork.

Artwork is done on white, acid-free drawing paper. (Berol Prismacolor Pencils
are used for colored-pencil Portraits.)
